How do I make a check deposit into quickbook Checking?

I’m here to ensure that you can create a check deposit in your QuickBooks Checking account. Beforehand, you’ll want to make sure that you have signed up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking

 

If you’re using a mobile check deposit from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. You can do that through your Cash Flow screen.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Access the Cash Flow menu.
  2. From your QuickBooks Checking balance, click Send Money.
  3. Hit Deposit checks.
  4. Enter the check amount.
  5. Sign your name on the back of your check and write For mobile deposits only under the signature.
  6. Take front and back photos of your check. It's recommended to do this on a well-lit, dark-colored surface to capture all four corners of it and their details.
  7. Review the amount and confirm your check images are clear. Retake them if necessary.
  8. Take note of the displayed date for when your funds will be available.
  9. Select Finish depositing.
