I appreciate you for coming here, @love2serve.

Since you've lost contact with our phone support, I'll route you back to them. However, let me first help you deposit your tax payments. I know this is important to you.

Before you make tax deposits, ensure that you complete your payroll tax setup. Once done, let's deposit your tax. If you want to perform it in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll electronically Here's how:

  1. Click the Payroll tax, in the Taxes section. Then, choose Payments.
  2. A list of taxes due will show below the Actions Needed and Coming Up status if due later. Tap the Filter icon to find the tax you want to make a deposit.
  3. Select Pay on the tax you want to pay. Late payments are acceptable to the IRS, however some states will block you. Contacting the state to create the payment.
  4. Ensure that you're using the correct payroll Bank Account from the chart of accounts. This doesn't affect the actual bank account.
  5. Check the payment date. Also, you can choose a different. Then, pick E-pay.
  6. Go to Payment History to review the payment performed.

Check out this article for more info: Pay and file payroll taxes and forms electronically in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

If you're paying taxes yourself, review the setup of your payroll and check if it shows "I'll initiate payments and filings using QuickBooks" so QBO can track your tax amounts deposit correctly and populate the tax forms accurately.

QuickBooks can generate the payments and filings to send to the agencies. You can read this article: Set up QuickBooks Online Payroll to pay and file your payroll taxes and forms.

You mentioned that you never received a callback. Please know that you can contact our support again by viewing this article to learn how: Contact Payroll Support.

For QBO Payroll Core, they're available from Monday to Friday only, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Payroll Premium, and Elite any time and day. Except for the holidays 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
