How do I move money from my envelope to my quickbooks checking account

It's great to see you here in the Community, @annas6543. I'll make sure you can transfer the money from your envelope to your QuickBooks checking account.

You'll need to sign in to QuickBooks first and go to the Cash flow menu to take it out. Also, please note that you can't withdraw it directly with your QuickBooks Debit Card.

Follow these steps to proceed:

1. Go to the Business overview menu, then select Cash flow.
2. Tap on QuickBooks Checking or simply click this link.
3. In the Envelopes section, select the envelope you want to take money out of.
4. Choose Get or send money and enter the amount you want to take out of your envelope.
5. Ensure you select the correct envelope in the From field.
6. Select your QuickBooks Checking account in the To field.
7. Enter the amount you want to take out of your envelope and select Next.
8. Select Continue to finish the process.

Now your money is back in your QuickBooks Checking account. You can use it to pay for your goal, move it to a connected account, or put it in another envelope.
