I've got you covered, Stacey.

Directly moving your bank transactions from your old QBO to your new QBO account isn’t possibleHowever, you can upload your bank data to your new account.

Before doing so, ensure that the file from your bank is in the correct format. Please know that the maximum file size is 350 KB. If the file is too large, you can reduce the date range and download transactions in smaller batches. Below are the steps on how you can import them to QBO:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. On the Link account dropdown, choose Upload from file.
  4. In the Drag and drop or select files, select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, hit Continue.
  5. Within the QuickBooks account dropdown, pick the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, click Continue.
  6. Proceed with the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  7. Select the transactions you like to import. Then select Continue.
  8. Select Yes.
  9. Click Done.

For further steps and detailed information, please refer to this article:  Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once the transactions are in, you can now match and categorize them accordingly.

@LouiseG12  RE: Directly moving your bank transactions from your old QBO to your new QBO account isn’t possible.

You can't open a check or a deposit and change the bank account that's used? That's pathetic!

QuickBooks Desktop has had the ability to do that since the last century. There's absolutely no reason Online doesn't have the ability, but somehow I'm not surprised.

This is just another failure - of many thousands - that make Desktop better than Online.
