How do I post a payment received so an "r" shows in the reconciled column instead of a "c?"

Let me share some details on how the reconciliation status works, diane. 

 

Once you match downloaded transactions to entries you created in QuickBooks Online (QBO), they will be cleared automatically and show up with a "C" under the status column. The status will not show as "R" unless included in the reconciliation.
