Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, jPerkins2000.

I can help reorder your bank accounts in QuickBooks Online.

I recommend clicking the Reorder option within the Bank transactions section. This allows you to personalize who is first and last on the list.

Here's how:

  1. Choose the Bank transactions menu.
  2. Click the small drop-down arrow beside the bank.
  3. Select the Reorder accounts hyperlink.
  4. Hit the Pencil icon and drag the bank list.
  5. Click Save.

In case you need steps on how you can disconnect an account from online banking, you can read this article: Disconnect accounts connected to online banking in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need further assistance in managing your bank accounts in QBO. I’m always here to help, jPerkins2000. Take care!

Thanks for joining this thread, cdaniken. Let me guide you to reiterate the steps with screenshots to reorder bank accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. In the left panel, select Transactions and then Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the drop-down arrow of your Bank account.
  3. The Reorder accounts link is found at the bottom of the list.
  4.  Click the pencil icon then, a cross cursor appears when selecting the Bank account you want to drag.
  5. Tap Save to confirm.

Also, I've added a screenshot for your visualization to find the hyperlink Reorder accounts.

I just had this issue as well and found out where to do it.

Transactions-Bank transactions-

Above your row of banks you will see a drop down. Scroll to the very bottom of the list, it should say reorder accounts. Click on the pencil in the top right corner. You should now be able to click on a bank and drag it to where you want to put it.

At least that just worked for me 🙂
