How do i rearrange the items listed on reconcile page? they are listed by payment amount. I need them listed by transaction date.

Welcome to the Community, @twp2012. I'm here to help you rearrange the item list on the reconciliation page in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

To clarify, are you referring to the arrangement of the column headers on the reconciliation page? Any information you can add is a great help so I can provide a timely solution. I'd also appreciate it if you can attach a screenshot of the page you're having a problem with. If yes, the option to do so is unavailable. This is the default arrangement in the program. 

If you're referring to sorting the list of items or transactions by ascending or descending order, simply click the Sort icon beside the column header's title. Please see the snip below:

Once everything is fine, you can proceed with reconciling your account.
