How do I reconcile bank transactions when receiving deposit payments from clients outside of quickbooks?

If the bank account used for depositing payments is synced to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you can add the transaction so it will record in QuickBooks. But if it's not connected, you can manually record the transaction.
