HOW DO I RECONNECT A N ATTORNEY TRUST ACCOUNT O THE BANK?

You're in the right place now, Billy. I'm here to guide you on how to reconnect your account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Usually, a trust account is created in QBO as a liability. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Chart of Accounts. 
3. Select the New tab at the upper right corner.
4. For Account type. Select Other Current Liabilities.
5. Select Trust Accounts under Detail Type.
6. Type in your desired name under Name.
7. Tap Save.

You may also consult your accountant for other options in setting up the account.

On the other hand, you can connect or reconnect an account through the Banking page. Please know that the system allows the connection between bank and credit card accounts. I'm adding this link as your reference: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Once your bank is connected, the system will download your bank entries automatically. All you need to do is to review and categorize them.
