Have you tried open your QBO account on private/incognito browser?

Thanks for dropping by the Community, @jpsorrentino1.

I'm here to share some information and help reconnect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you've already connected your bank before and it stopped syncing or not downloading transactions, we can manually update your bank to refresh available transactions. Here's how to do it:

  1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Click the Update option at the upper-right.

On the other hand, if your bank was disconnected, you can refer to these steps below to reconnect it:

  1. Go back to the Banking page.
  2. Click Connect Account or Add Account.
  3. Search for your bank and choose Continue once you've located it.
  4. Use the credentials you use to sign-in to the bank's website.
  5. Select the accounts you'd like to connect and assign an appropriate account type.
  6. Choose the date range.
  7. Hit Connect.

For more information about managing and connecting bank accounts to QBO, you may refer to this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

I'm also adding this article that tackles reconciling accounts in QBO for future reference: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Drop a comment below if you have any other concerns, and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Have a great day!

QBO keeps changing the looks and locations of things. For #2 on the reconnecting a disconnected account instructions, we couldn't  find any CONNECT. We used the LINKED button (ignore the dropdown on it) and followed the instructions from there.
