How do I remove closed projects from the menu when I am categorizing bank transactions? Currently, all projects are listed when I am reviewing and the list is extensive.

Let's get this working so you will not see closed projects when matching bank transactions, mljacobs.

You can change the status of the project as completed in the Projects menu. This way, it will no longer show up in the list of names when categorizing a bank transaction. Here's how:

1. Go to the Projects menu and look for the closed projects.
2. Click the drop-down list beside Options.
3. Select Mark as completed. 

You can also click on each one, then click the drop-down list just below the name of the project. Select the Completed status.
