How do I request and download a copy of my entire QuickBooks company file with all the data and transactions, not just the lists and trial balances?

As of the moment, you will want to search for a third-party app to move your entire data to QuickBooks Enterprise. You can also ask the app's support team if it's possible to only move the 2022 records.

You can export your QBO data to the QB Desktop file format, secure a backup file for archive and run the Condense Data utility to remove old transactions (i.e 2021 and older) in the file. Otherwise, consider to purchase a 3rd party service to help.
