Hi there, @gcresidentialsol.

I'm here to ensure you're able to see your deposit that was already made in QuickBooks Online.

Checking your deposit list will depend on the situation. You can see your deposit list in either of these three sections.

  • Banking
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Activities & Reports

If the deposit is bank to bank process, then I'd suggest going to the Banking tab to review the data. If you're unable to see it, please hit the Update button to flow the current transactions.

But, if you manually record the deposit, you can directly go to the Accounting tab, then choose Chart of Accounts (COA), and hit View Register perpendicular to your account.

However, if you process the amount via QuickBooks Payments, I'd recommend logging in to your Merchant Service Center. Then follow the steps below.

  1. From the homepage, hit Activities & Reports.
  2. Choose Deposits.
  3. Pick date range in the Dates field.
  4. Tap Search.

Please note that if your account is new to QB Payments, your ACH payments will take a bit longer during your first month. Though if it's not, the amount will post in your bank account in the next or two business days.

See the sample deposit scheduled below for your guidance:
