How do I see my banks credit card account on quickbooks so I can manage the receipts of each transaction?

To view and manage your bank’s credit card account and corresponding transaction receipts in QuickBooks, you can access the Banking page, Grape. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to effectively handle these tasks.

If your credit card is linked to QuickBooks Online (QBO), it will appear as a tile in the Banking section.

Here’s how to proceed:

1. Navigate to the Transactions menu on the left hand corner.
2. Select Bank Transactions.
3.Look for tiles representing each linked account—locate your credit card account’s tile.

Once you’ve located it, you can manage your transaction receipts directly from the same page. Here’s how to efficiently handle receipts for your transactions:

1.Go to the Receipts section.

2. Click on the specific receipt you wish to manage.

3. If the transaction is categorized as an expense, make sure to associate it with the correct payment account from the options provided.

4. Hit Save.
