How do I set up mobile deposits

In QuickBooks, mobile checking deposits is a feature offered by QuickBooks Cash and Money by QuickBooks. You'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking to enable you in depositing your funds. Once approved, you can deposit checks that you receive from your customers.

Please know that this option is available for iOS devices only. To qualify your account by enabling this feature, make sure your QuickBooks Checking or Money by QuickBooks account is active and in good standing.

All checks must be written in your name, signed by you, and drawn from a bank in the United States or one of its territories. If you meet this criteria, you can deposit the following types of checks: 

• Business checks
• Personal checks
