How do I start my new corporation and drop my old LLC

I'll be happy to provide details on how you can update the information. Changing the business entity requires a few extra steps. With a new Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), you will need to make some changes to your account.

If you are subscribed to Intuit Online Payroll Full Service or QuickBooks Online Payroll Full Service, Premium, and Elite, you can submit an Entity Change Packet. You can download the form here and fill it out. Make sure you have the supporting documents mentioned in the packet 

Then, submit the completed form, along with any supporting documents via email or fax to EntityChanges@intuit.com (recommended) or by fax to 877-471-2801. You can read this article for more information: Update your FEIN with an entity change.
