You can contact the phone number you called weeks ago or follow these steps:

1. Click on the Help and choose Contact Us.
2. In the box, enter something like Charge inquiry and click Continue.
3. Choose Chat or Callback.

On the other hand, you can look up for any charges online to verify if it's a coming from Intuit.
