How do I submit Complaint Against Quickbooks

I have been trying to get the same problem resolved for over a month. I've been placed on hold for hours, transferred between representatives who disputed with one another about the problem needing to go to their department. I've shared my screen, I've emailed, I've called, I've repeated the same steps over and over, yet the problem has not been resolved. 

 

What frustrates me even more is that each representative continues to tell me to repeat all the same steps online as well as through email but nothing has been resolved. I am trying to get my payroll account to work for direct deposit. The Payroll Risk department states that the tech support department needs to update my bank information. I've updated and verified my bank multiple times with deposits that have been made into my account, yet the payroll information still does not match on all of your screens.  Reference 12998924

We know how important it is for you to run payroll and I'm here to make sure that everything is taken care of, niraysolutions.

 

Once you've already reported your issue and we're already given a reference number, the representative who handles your concern will take down notes for the next agent to know that this is what you've done previously. So there's no need to repeat all over again what happened to a different representative. However, if you still want to submit a complaint, I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support Team to guide you with the process. They can pull up your information and review the cases. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

This did not resolve my issue. Last week I requested a supervisor call me, and no supervisor has called. I am now on hold once again trying to resolve the same problem from May 2021. I just used the help feature and the system called me, the representative could be heard talking with someone else about personal business, I said hello over and over again for three minutes and he did not respond, so I hung up. Now I am on hold once again trying to get help.
