You can use the supported file to download those transactions, @info-livspalife-.

QuickBooks Online lets you upload 90 days' worth of bank transactions. You can use Web Connect files to get the older ones imported into the program. To do this, just get the bank data from your bank using the supported file types, download it to Excel, and then upload it into QBO.

Here are the file types you can use:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Microsoft Money (OFX)

Once ready, you can now upload your transactions into QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, and then choose Upload transactions.
  2. Select Browse and pick the file you downloaded from your bank, then tap Next
  3. From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into, and then click Next.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, and then tap Next.
  5. Hit Let's go when you're ready.

To ensure all entries are accounted for correctly and with no duplicates, you can categorize and match them. Then, reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate.

Thank you for following this thread, Indyreads67.

I appreciate following the solution shared by my peer and letting us know the result. I’m here to ensure you can download your bank transactions into QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Let’s go to the Bank Feeds Center to bring in the data to your company file. Follow the steps below to accomplish this task.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose the Banking Center.
  2. Look for your Financial Institution (FI) from the list and select Download Transactions.
  3. This action opens a browser window to your bank's website.
  4. From there, log in to your account and download the Web Connect file.

Now that you have the file, you can import it into QBDT. Check this article for more details: Download Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop. It includes instructions on how to import entries outside of the desktop program.
