How do I sync the mobile app timesheet from my phone with the website? I was told I'm supposed to sync it myself from the iphone but they couldn't tell me how

I can help you with syncing your account in the mobile app and on the web, @happydayd

 

Any information that you've added in the mobile app should sync with QuickBooks Online on the web.

 

Make sure that you're using the same login credentials when accessing your account in the mobile app and the regular browser. This will ensure that your data is always in sync with QBO on the web. Also, any task you perform or information you recorded in the app shows up on the web, and vice versa.  

 

If the data is not syncing from your mobile app into the web version, you can try clearing the cache app data in your phone settings. This helps us to refresh your QBO mobile app.

 

Here's how:

  1. From your iPhone's settings, click Apps (varies by device) and choose the QuickBooks app from the list.
  2. Go to the Menu ☰ and select Help & Feedback.
  3. Look for Refresh Data.
  4. Tap Refresh.

 

Once completed, re-open the app and log back into your QuickBooks Online account. If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
