I have all the steps to help you transfer money out from your QuickBooks account, @d-silvalandscapi

First, make sure to link your bank/debit card as an external bank account so you can transfer money from your QuickBooks account. I'll guide you on how:

  1. Go to Cash Flow, then select QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Transfer and then select Transfer money. You won't transfer money yet, we just need to start the connection.
  3. Select Add a bank, then enter your bank name and select your account type.
  4. Enter your account number and routing number.
  5. When you're ready to connect, select Next.

Once done, QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within three business days. Once you see the deposits in your account, come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.

After setting up everything, you can transfer money from your QuickBooks account to your bank/debit card. Here's how:

  1. Go to Cash Flow, then select QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Transfer then select Transfer money.
  3. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
  4. In the From ▼ dropdown, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
  5. In the To ▼ dropdown, select your connected bank account.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Select Finish transfer.
