You can create a Transfer record in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to move the balance from your Cash account to your bank account, jto01.

I can guide you through the steps to accomplish this and how to match it to your downloaded transactions.

You can follow these steps:

  1. Select + New in your QBO account.
  2. Select Transfer.
  3. From the Transfer Funds From dropdown list, select the cash account where the amount is coming from.
  4. From the Transfer Funds To dropdown list, select the bank account that the money is going to.
  5. In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
  6. Choose the Date when the amount cleared in your bank account.
  7. Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field.
  8. Select Save and close or Save and new to complete the transfer record.

After this, match the recorded transfer to your imported transaction if your bank account is linked to QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Bank transactions page. Then, select the blue tile of your bank account.
  2. Select the For review tab.
  3. Find the transaction. Then, click on Match from the Action column.

There are also alternative ways of recording transfers in QBO. I'm adding this article as an additional guide: Transfer funds between accounts.

If you need to reconcile your accounts after this, I'm adding this article as a reference: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
