I'll help you transfer your QuickBooks Cash funds to your bank account, @info-grantwishes.
To begin with, you'll have to link your bank account to transfer money from your QuickBooks Cash. Let me show you how:
Go to the Cash Flow menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Select Transfer money in the QuickBooksCash section.
Click Transfer in. You won't transfer money yet, we just need to start the connection.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
Enter the bank's name and select a type in the Account Type field, and click Next.
Fill in your info in the account and routing number fields. Then select Next.
QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three days. Once you received the deposits, log in back to your QBO and verify the transactions. Here's how:
Go to the Cash Flow menu, and select Verify bank.
Enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks.
Then select Confirm when you're ready.
Once done, you can now transfer money in and out to your QuickBooks Cash account. To be guided, refer to Step 3 in this article: Use your QuickBooks Cash account.
