How do i undelete an account

Hi there, @Elisabeth. I'll show you how you can reactivate an account inside your Chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, you'll want to go to your COA, and then set it to show inactive accounts. I'll write down the steps below to get you going. These are the steps:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Accounting Tab.
3. Select Chart of Accounts.
4. Click the Gear icon above the Action column.
5. In the Other section, tick the box beside Include inactive.

Once done, locate the account that you'd like to reactivate and then below the Action column, click Make active.
