Ensure that before we deposit a check, it's important to confirm:

• You’re depositing a check that meets our requirements.
• You don’t need the funds immediately. 

Once you've met the eligibility criteria, you can follow Step 1: Enter your check information 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
2. Select Cash Flow.
3. From QuickBooks Checking balance, select Send Money.
4. Select Deposit checks.
5. Note: If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
6. Enter the check amount. Ensure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.
