That help link does nothing....tried calling the number and it ask to input your debit card information but it doesn't recognize it, they you go to chat and they don't help you either they tell you to call the  phone number, so basically no help from either side.

I just had the same experience. I called green dot and enter the bank card and its not recognized. Really need help with this
