How do we initiate QB to update a bank URL that is wrong, so accounts can sync? The bank changed their URL at the beginning of the year. The old one expired OCT 1.

I'll share details about updating bank URLs and connecting accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I'd like to know which bank you're trying to reconnect to QuickBooks. This will help me identify the specific issue you've encountered.

When a certain bank is updating its website, you need to add it to QBO. With this, you'll have to use the Request support for your bank option in the Banking menu. This will notify our banking engineers about the new website and update it in the system. Let me guide you how.
 

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Tap  Add account.
3. In the Connect an account page, enter the new bank website.
4. You'll get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
5. Click the Request support for your bank button.
6. Enter all the necessary details.
7. Hit Request.
