You can reconnect your bank again by clicking Connect another account in QuickBooks Self-Employed, @mindbody55. Allow me to help you with this one.

Before proceeding, I suggest reaching out to your bank and checking for any maintenance updates. If everything is good from your bank's side, select the correct bank name when connecting the account.

Here's how to reconnect your bank:

  1. Go to the Settings ⚙ icon and select Bank accounts.
  2. Select Connect another account.
  3. In the search box, enter the name of the bank.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect your account. QuickBooks Self-Employed will automatically download your recent bank transactions.

If there's a missing transaction after reconnecting your bank, you can manually import transactions into QBSE using a CSV file.

Furthermore, if you need to automatically or manually categorize your bank transactions, you can refer to the following pages for your guide:

Get back to me here if you have further questions about bank connections in QBSE. Tag me in your reply, and I’ll sprint back into action. Have a good one, and keep safe.
