How do we retrieve the information from Bank America? we switched to quick books as required and now all the previous information is not there

When you switched to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to export your payroll data from Bank of America. This way, all of your employee's payroll information will show in your QBO payroll account. To do so, you'll have to set up a connection between Bank of America/IOP and QBO.
