Thanks for connecting with us here in the Community, @ftiomaha@gmail.c. I'm here to address your concern with combining multiple accounts into one single account.

You can merge the two accounts to make a single account, make sure to use a unique name for the account as QuickBooks Online (QBO) will detect it to avoid confusion.

Please keep in mind that the merging process is not reversible and cannot be undone. To combine two accounts into a single account, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account you want to keep. Then select the dropdown in the Action column and then Edit.
  3. Note the name and detail type of the account.
  4. Check if the Is sub-account option is marked.

Learn more about the whole process by visiting this article: Merge duplicate accounts, customers, and vendors in QuickBooks Online.

Additional details about the topic are in this article: Manage default and special accounts in your chart of accounts. It's a list of accounts in your QBO that you can't delete or merge, and otherwise.

I've also added these resources to guide you in balancing your account in QuickBooks Online:
