Glad to see you in the Community, usersbrewer.

I'll give details why this happened and help you reconcile the account.

There are a few possible reasons why transactions are missing in your Reconcile page. Here are the following:

  • Some banks and credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning.
  • Some banks will show a transaction on their website but won't download the transaction until it posts.
  • If the missing transactions are the most recent ones, wait at least 24 hours in case your bank doesn't make them available immediately.
  • Transactions are showing up in the For Review page but were not categorized or matched.
  • Transactions were manually reconciled in the register.

We can try to update your bank in QuickBooks to download the latest data.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions or Banking on the left navigation menu.
  2. In the Banking page, select Update.

If you see the missing transactions, let's make sure to review and categorize them, so it shows up in the Reconcile page.

To check if the missing transactions were manually reconciled, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Accounting > Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the View register link of the bank account.
  3. Select the funnel icon and filter it by Reconcile Status, Transaction Type, Payee, and Date.
  4. Hit Apply.
  5. Find the transaction and check if you see the letter R under the Reconcile Status (indicated by a check mark) column. This means Reconciled
  6. Edit the transaction if necessary and click Save.

Once you have all the transactions, try to reconcile the account again. You can watch a video tutorial in this link: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep me posted on how it goes. I'd like to make sure you're able to reconcile the account. Thanks.

Hello there, @Hillary12. I can provide you with a solution for the bank transaction you're having trouble with.

I recommend importing transactions manually in QuickBooks Online. Importing transactions from a CSV file is an easy-peasy steps in QuickBooks. Let me guide you how:

  1. From the Transactions tab, select Banking.
  2. In the Link account drop-down, select Upload from file.
  3. Click the Drag and drop or select files button.
  4. Select the CSV file and then Open.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  7. Select the transactions
  8. Select Yes.
  9. Click Let's go.

You can utilize this link for manually importing transactions and mapping CSV file format into QuickBooks.

After that, you can categorize them in order to allocate them to the appropriate account. As a starting point, consider the following article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I added this article to guide you how to reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
