How do you get a verification from QBO bank/Green Dot that an ACH transation really took place since the payment neve was deposited into the ACH account given?

QBO claims they sent a payment to a bank belonging to my vendor but that account never recived the $$.

I understand that getting paid quickly is a priority for you, Beth.  I want to share some information with you.

 

When you schedule a bill payment, you and the payee will receive an email confirmation. After the bill payment is completed, you'll receive another email confirmation. You can see the status of all your Bill payments on the bill payments page.

 

The processing time for QuickBooks Bill Pay can vary depending on the chosen payment method.

 

Standard ACH Payments Delivery Time is 3-5 business days. This is the typical processing time for ACH payments, which can be affected by third-party delays or risk reviews.

 

Eligible QuickBooks Bill Pay users can choose Faster ACH Payments to schedule bill payments to be paid in 1 business day (excluding weekends and federal holidays). An additional $10 processing fee applies for each payment.

Thank you  but I need verification from Green Dot, not QBO. I need them to reach out to vendors bank for verification bc they claim they never received $$.

After processing a bill payment in QuickBooks, you should receive a confirmation via email. If you haven't received this email, I recommend contacting Green Dot to verify if the payment went through. You can find their phone number on the back of your debit card.

Additionally, you can use the QuickBooks debit card to make purchases, withdraw funds from ATMs or your QuickBooks Checking account.
