How do you get Quickbooks out of your bank account and get funds credited to your bank account?

I have canceled my account four times and still being charged. I have requested a refund and told via email I would receive a refund but the refund never goes into my account and each month I continue to be billed. I was offered a partial refund for six of the 14 months that I have been dealing with this problem. That is unacceptable, I should be refunded the full amount!

Once you cancel your subscription, QuickBooks will automatically stop charging your account. 

 

Since you're being charged after the cancelation, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks phone support. This way, they can immediately process your refund request and pay you back in the full amount. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Assistant icon and type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  2. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
  3. Click I still need a human.
  4. Choose between Message an agent and Get a callback.
