How do you import tax payments into QBO? unbelievable they forgot to include this function.

Hello, pomfritz.

 

I appreciate you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I know the importance of importing tax payments to QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, that feature is unavailable in QBO.

 

For now, you can manually record tax payments. Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and select the Payments tab.
  2. Choose Record payment.
  3. Enter the required fields (bank account you're making the payment from, payment date and amount).
  4. Once done, click Save. If you want to view the payment, find it in the list and tap View.
