How do you make the "would you like to use the same information from your last transaction" popup from happening?

The latest updates have really slowed me down including my transactions after being added are no longer in order of value.

Let me share what I know about the popup message you received.

 

QuickBooks has an auto-recall feature to help you process transactions fast and easy. This feature automatically fill in the rest of the transaction (excluding the date) when you select  a customer, vendor, or employee.

 

Here's how to turn it on:

 

  1. Go to Gear ⚙ icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Automation section, click the pencil icon.
  4. Click the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content option to enable it.
  5. Select Save and then Done.
