How do you mark paid invoices as deposited in Quickbook for Mac if it is not hooked up to your bank account?

So received payments that are still in undeposited funds will show as unpaid on the home and sales screens, right? Just want to make sure I understand.

It seems you're using QuickBooks Online, Will K.

 

The payments that are not deposited to the bank account yet will show as "Not Deposited".
