How do you nickname your bank accounts?

Nicknaming your accounts in QuickBooks Online can be a great way to organize and personalize them. While there's no specific field for nicknames, you may add this information in the description or next to the account name. Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting menu.
2. Select Chart of Accounts, then locate the bank account.
3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action column, then choose Edit.
4. Enter the nickname in the Account name in the Description field.
5. When you're done, hit Save.
