How do you switch access from old treasurer to new treasurer

I'd like to make sure we're on the same page. Are you trying to switch from one company to another? If so, you can go to the Gear > Switch Company. Please see this sample screenshot:

With regard to the payment, if you're trying to update the billing your subscription, you can click on this link: Update the payment information for your subscription.
