How long before deposits appear in our bank?

It's my pleasure to be of assistance today and provide you with some information regarding deposit time in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Depending on the product you're using and the type of payment, deposit times may vary. Generally, we deposit most credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and ACH payments the next day. If you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account the next business day. If you process payments after 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in two business days.

However, If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your initial deposits take a little longer while your merchant account is being set up. This will take process within 5 business days. Your payments will deposit more quickly after we're done, usually within two business days.

Also, you can consider checking if a customer payment is on hold and what you can do during the review process.
