Welcome to the Community, Kutler.

I'll ensure to help you show your recent bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, I appreciate your effort in updating your bank accounts to fix the issue of missing transactions. To help you fix this, I'd like to know your bank's name and if an error is displayed when you try to update it.

Please know that a transaction won't reflect in QuickBooks if it isn't cleared and posted from your bank. If this isn't the case, I recommend signing in to your online bank and checking if there are notifications about connection or maintenance updates that caused the issue.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to continue working on your banking tasks. Here's how:

  1. Go to your Chart of accounts and see the latest transactions to avoid duplicates.
  2. Get transactions from your bank by downloading them. Then, convert the file into CSV files. Then, follow the correct format.
  3. Once done, go to the Transactions tab.
  4. Select Bank Transactions.
  5. Click the Link account dropdown and pick Upload from the file.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps.

You may want to learn how to set your QBO bank feeds to categorize transactions automatically. Feel free to read this article: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to return here if you have additional questions about uploading your bank transactions in QBO. We'll be willing to lend a hand. Keep safe and have a good one.
