It's great to see you here in the Community, @flourishandcodes. Let me provide insights on when deposits show in your QuickBooks account.

Go to Sales and head to the Deposits tab. You'll see more info about the payments you're receiving. Each day QuickBooks Payments combines all of the payments that are processed that day into a single deposit. You'll see each sale or payment that is part of the daily deposit, along with the fees that are charged with a separate transaction.

First, if you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your first few payments will deposited into your bank account within five business days. These early deposits can take a bit longer, but once your account is set up, deposits will be much faster.

Please note that the speed of your deposit depends on the type of payment and product used. Standard Deposits are processed daily except for Sundays, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Instant Deposits are processed every day without exception.

Additionally, here's how you can check the deposit speed for your subscription:

  1. Head to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

If there's a delay in deposit, it may be due to previous sales you've deposited in your bank or if their total amount exceeds the threshold for your business. The total return, refund, or credit in a single deposit shouldn't be more than $100.

If you've already checked the payment status and we have deposited the payments, your money is on its way. However, some banks may hold onto the funds after we deposit them. In such cases, you may contact your bank and follow their procedures.

You can refer to the following articles to learn more about deposits:

In addition, you can change the bank account that QuickBooks deposits payments into every time you process credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.

Please feel free to ask questions or express your concerns about the deposit process for QuickBooks payments. I'm here to assist you. Stay safe.
