Let me share information with you on the process of transferring money in the QuickBooks Cash account. 

Usually, it takes about three (3) business days to transfer the money from your external bank account into your QuickBooks Cash account. And 2-5 business days when you move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account. However, the speed of the money movement depends on how fast your external bank processes the transfer.
