QuickBooks Payments and Online Bill pay sends an email whenever a transaction is rejected. It includes a detailed information with regards to the cause of the rejection and how to resolve it as well.
If you can't see it on your inbox, check your Spam folder. There are times that emails form us are forwarded in that folder.
Just in case you didn't receive any updates even if changes were already made and documents are already submitted, you can reach out to support team. They can review the status of the transaction and help you further with this.
