How often do bank transactions sync with QBO? It seems to be days. Having this info will help me track more appropriately.

I have multiple and none of them seem to reflect daily. Thank you.

Hi passingthru!

Bank connections are updated nightly in general. However, some AMEX accounts limit their feeds to QBO to 2-3 times a week. You can do the manual update to force download your transactions once they are available:

Go to Bookkeeping and select Transactions.
Choose Bank transactions.
Select Update.

Thank you JessT for the speedy response! This worked great and was right in front of my face ;) Still learning the UI as you can tell. But at least now the numbers are more accurate and I have more control!
