How to access undeposited funds?

I need to figure out how to access the funds that were sent from a customer and rejected by my bank and now sits in undeposited funds.

I can help you with accessing the Undeposited Funds account, @fh-eastcoastexpo.

 

You can access your Undeposited Funds account from the Chart of Accounts.

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the Undeposited Funds account on the list.
  3. Click the View Register link under the Action column.
