How to change the GL account for deposits? Currently set as LT CONTRACTOR REV, but for record keeping would like it to go under the sub account, LT LABOR REV 200 deposits

While the option to edit the deposits by batch, you'll want to manually open them one by one and update the account. You can also directly edit them in the register. Let me show you how: 

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Look for the bank account and select View register.
3. Select the deposits to update and under the Payee Account column, change the account to the sub deposit account.
4. Click Save and do the same thing to the rest of the deposits. 

However, if you connected your bank account where deposits are posted, you can categorize them by batch. For more details, you can click here.
