How to connect accounts

Before we start, may I ask which payroll services do you have? 

If you have an existing QuickBooks Online Payroll service and would like to connect to QuickBooks Online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support Team to help you link both accounts.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to (?) Help.
3. Click the Search tab, then Contact Us.
4. Put a brief description of your concern, then select Let's Talk.
5. Choose a way to connect:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a callback from the next available expert.

Otherwise, if you're using a different payroll service which doesn't support QuickBooks, you may need to export data out and import them into QuickBooks Online.
