how to delete or remove duplicate transactions after a reconcile

Let's ensure you've reviewed the amounts from your opening balance and checked your bank statements. This way, we can assure that these transactions are in the correct accounts and rule out any possible errors.

To check the account from your bank statements, refer to these steps:

1. Go to Bookkeeping and select Reconcile. 
2. From the Account dropdown, review these.

Additionally, if these duplicated entries are from the reconciled transactions, we can manually delete the Cleared (C) transfer transactions. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Accounting on the left menu and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
2. Look for the bank account and click View register.
3. Select the Cleared (C) transfer transaction.
4. Click Delete and choose Yes to confirm the action.
