Let me help you deposit the check in QuickBooks Online. You can follow the steps I've outlined below.

 

  1. Click + New, then select Bank Deposit.
  2. From the Account ▼ drop-down, choose the account you want to put the money into.
  3. Scroll down to the Add funds to this deposit section.
  4. Enter the check details.
  5. Click Save and close once done.
