How to deposit online payment showing in undeposited funds

Payment for Invoice was paid online by credit card. It now shows as Undeposited Funds. How do I "deposit" this money in QB?

You can create a bank deposit transaction and combine it with the payment.

Here's how you can create a bank deposit:

Select +New. Then choose Bank Deposit.
Choose the account you want to put the money into from the Account drop-down.
Select the transactions to combine.
Make sure the amount matches the deposit slip amount.
Select Save and close or Save and new.
